SETUP REMOTE SUPPORT
- In the box on-screen enter the unique 6 digit code given to you by your Welltel Support Technician
- Click the 'Connect to Welltel Technician' button
- The Remote Access file will begin downloading immediately. Once downloaded double-click on the file to install.
- Once opened, click button to allow access to your computer. When finished, simply close the session or window on-screen.
